The Production & Maintenance Division of the IHRD offers Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract services for computers and peripherals in Government offices and institutions. Complaints can be registered through the official IHRD–PMD service portal or by contacting the designated PMD support channel. The concerned office must provide the device details and a brief description of the issue.

To register a service request, the user must select or provide the serial number or asset details of the covered equipment and enter a clear description of the reported problem.

The AMC covers computing equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, printers, servers, and associated peripherals, as specified in the approved AMC agreement.

Yes. On-site technical support is provided by qualified PMD technical personnel in accordance with the AMC terms and the service-level timelines agreed upon with the Government organization.

After completion of the service, PMD maintains service records and provides necessary service reports for verification, audit, and official reference by the concerned department.
